Here are the little Easter Bunnies I made for both family dinners -- They are made with Marzipan, which I rolled into a ball and pinched a little bit to form the head. The ears are made from almond slivers, and then I dipped them fondue-style into melted milk chocolate. The eyes and tail are made with frosting. Pretty simple, but working with chocolate is a little tricky, and it took almost an hour to harden. So, what I'm trying to say is, don't attempt to make these on a Sunday morning when you are already late thinking that it will be a quick and easy alternative to baking a cake. But, they were delicious and, I'd venture to say, slightly more adorable than a cake, oui?
Cheers,
Renata

awww...those bunnies are sooo cute! Did you enjoy Coco Avant Chanel? I haven't seen it yet, because I was afraid that it'd be a bit boring. I finally got around to seeing Valentino: The Last Emperor this weekend and I loved it...but not as much as The September Issue!
